My Mentoring Approach in a Nutshell

People want to connect with what they think their musical persona could be. That's really all I understand when it comes to helping others with what I know.

It's understanding self and embracing it - willingly or un-willingly. Only then can true progress be made. If you don't know where the starting line is, then how do you know you're moving in the right direction?

Musician Mentoring Services

I offer mentoring sessions for musicians who truly want to take their musicianship to the next level. These are 1-hour sessions; usually anywhere from two to twelve in number. The sessions normally span over months or years.

There is no set date or time to get together. You call me when you're ready, you come over with your instrument. It really doesn't matter what instrument you play, or what style of music you prefer.

We examine who you are and what you wish to accomplish. This is a reality check; a way of clarifying goals and the methodology to get there. Chances are you will not be disappointed with the ideas you leave with.

This works best with people between the ages of 15 and 35. It is difficult for people younger than this to digest the knowledge put forth in this sort of relationship. I'm not saying it's impossible, but highly improbable.

Sessions are held in my home recording and teaching studio in Denton, TX. The price is $50.00 for each one-hour session.
